2. Products, Pricing & Availability
- Drops & Inventory: COZAAR features limited streetwear collections, oversized tees, hoodies, and heavyweight drops. Items are sold subject to availability.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Accuracy: While we endeavor to display product colors, fabrics, and fits as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to device display settings.
3. Orders, Payments & Delivery
- Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation notification via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.
- Payment Options: We support major online payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.
- Shipping & Timelines: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination city within India. Tracking numbers are shared as soon as packages are dispatched.
4. Cancellation & 7-Day Return Policy
- Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team or opening live chat.
- 7-Day Returns & Exchanges: In compliance with Indian consumer standards (benchmarked with Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, and AJIO), unworn apparel with tags intact can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery directly via your customer booking/order details page.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, brand names, designs, and apparel artwork on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of COZAAR and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
